01 About you

Rising Star is open to participants living in Canada.

The program is open to ages 16 and up.

Parent or guardian

You are under 19, so we need a parent or guardian to co-sign your application. We will email them a copy.

02 Choose your pathway

Level One runs about three months and covers all nine pillars either way. You can change your mind before you start.

When are you generally available? *

Your sessions are arranged around you, so tick everything that could work.
